Jennifer Moseley has joined Morris Manning & Martin as a partner from Barnes & Thornburg, saying that her practice representing start-up companies and foreign-funded investment entities through the EB-5 visa program is becoming more real-estate oriented. “Morris Manning & Martin has a very strong real estate practice and a national reputation, so it gives me the depth to support my existing work and pitch for more work,” she said.

Moseley, 39, joined Barnes & Thornburg last year when she and her family moved to Atlanta from Birmingham, where she had spent 10 years at Burr & Forman.
