Law students should be careful putting their new knowledge to work, a federal appeals court suggested on Thursday.
The ruling upholds the dismissal of a lawsuit brought by Dustin Kolodziej, who was a student at South Texas College of Law when he saw a “Dateline” story on the Florida capital murder case against Nelson Serrano.
