Today’s technology provides incredible benefits to today’s lawyer. We can now work from home or on the road, and can have access to all the applications, documents and data available at the office. For better or worse, we are able to practice law nearly any time and almost any place.

And technology certainly makes us more efficient and productive. With the push of a few keystrokes and mouse clicks, we have the building blocks for an excellent legal brief or memorandum. Our phone is now a virtual desktop where we can set calendar deadlines, schedule meetings, create task reminders, negotiate deals, and do almost anything that can be done sitting at our desks.
