A Gwinnett County State Court jury has awarded $3.6 million to two construction laborers whose vehicle was hit by a truck belonging to Georgia Power Co.
The verdict came at nearly 10 p.m. Jan. 16 at the end of a weeklong trial before Judge Emily Brantley. The jury deliberated for about five hours, according to plaintiffs’ counsel Joseph Fried of Fried Rogers Goldberg and Orlando Ojeda Jr. of Walker Ojeda.
