Scott Grubman, a former federal prosecutor focused on health care fraud investigations, joined Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever on Monday as a partner from Rogers & Hardin.
Grubman defends doctors and doctors’ groups in government investigations, including those arising from whistleblower claims under the False Claims Act. He declined to name any clients, explaining that the investigations are still underway.
