The former head of the Atlanta Police Department Crime Lab has sued the city, APD Chief George Turner, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard and a senior prosecutor for what the plaintiff says was a criminal conspiracy to fire him over his agreement to testify for a defendant in a Florida criminal case.

Former crime lab boss Donald Mikko accused the defendants of constitutional violations, racketeering and obstructing justice by conspiring to interfere with a witness’ testimony in a criminal trial.
