The state judicial disciplinary agency has suspended Habersham County’s probate judge for four months for falsely claiming that she had completed her continuing judicial education requirements, according to a report filed Thursday with the state Supreme Court.
Probate Judge Pamela Wooley agreed to the suspension without pay, effective April 1, as well as to a public reprimand by the state Judicial Qualifications Commission, according to the report.
