The judges of the Fulton County State and Superior Courts have approved the appointment of eight full-time magistrates, the Daily Report has learned.
Under the reconfigured Magistrate Court, new Chief Magistrate Cassandra Kirk and others have been interviewing and screening applicants for the positions, whose names are then voted upon by the judges of each court.
