By late afternoon on Thursday, the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy was about a third of the way toward its online fundraising goal, with the legal community having raised more than $33,000 for the state’s food banks.

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton had raised the most money online, $4,765, ahead of last year’s winner, the firm of Atlanta criminal defense and entertainment lawyer Joe Habachy, which had raised $2,755, and the Marietta consumer debt collection firm of Frederick Hanna, which had raised $2,500.
