A partner at the Atlanta office of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt has been selected to replace retiring U.S. Magistrate Judge Clayton Scofield III, the U.S. District Court in Atlanta announced Tuesday.
Catherine M. Salinas, who clerked for U.S. District Senior Judge Willis Hunt Jr., was selected by the judges of the Northern District of Georgia.
