King & Spalding is opening a Tokyo office with four partners from international firm Ashurst.
The office, centered around energy deals and disputes, is the firm’s 18th office and its 10th outside the United States. In the Asia-Pacific region it also has an office in Singapore, with 10 partners focused on energy and international arbitration.
