A former employee of Georgia’s Department of Natural Resources says she was fired for reporting that a senior staffer demanded nude photos of her to secure a promotion.
Jacquelyn Scarbary is suing DNR Commissioner Mark Williams and Judson Turner, the director of the Environmental Protection Division, claiming sex discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Georgia Whistleblower Protection Act.
