The former manager of financially flailing residential real estate firm Morris Schneider Wittstadt (previously known as Morris Hardwick Schneider), who was accused of embezzling millions from the firm last year, appears likely to lose his luxury Buckhead condo in the St. Regis Residences at 88 West Paces Ferry Road. The condo is listed as for sale for $2.95 million on Sotheby’s International Realty.
