A Cartersville jury last week acquitted one father for shooting another one in a fight over their teenage children in 2012.
Cartersville real estate broker Mark Harris admitted he shot cab company owner Tony Collum. But Harris testified he was defending his son, then 17, from an attack by Collum in front of the Harris home. Collum survived two gunshots. Harris was charged with aggravated assault.
