Six Flags Over Georgia’s lawyers were at the Georgia Court of Appeals on Wednesday, hoping to persuade an appellate panel to toss the state’s biggest verdict of 2013.
Before the three judges is a $35 million verdict awarded by a Cobb County jury to Joshua Martin, who was randomly attacked by a gang in 2007 as he waited for a bus outside the theme park entrance.
