A DeKalb County jury awarded $2.5 million to a man who was injured when his pickup was one of two vehicles struck by a 13-ton truck in a Walton County wreck.
Brian Craig of Atlanta personal injury boutique Wood & Craig said the company whose truck driver caused the wreck admitted liability, but it denied that his client’s extensive injuries were the result of the accident.
