The Supreme Court of Georgia has appointed a former DeKalb County Superior Court judge to preside over a pending bar ethics complaint against Georgia’s Speaker of the House.
Robert Castellani, who retired in 2010 after serving 26 years on the bench, will replace Hiawassee attorney Mark Dehler, who on Monday resigned as special master in the State Bar of Georgia’s case against House Speaker David Ralston.
