Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete has opened a Minneapolis office.
The firm recruited a corporate immigration partner, Piyumi Samaratunga, who chaired the immigration practice for Felhaber Larson, a Minneapolis-based business law firm. The new Minneapolis office, which will focus on corporate immigration and global mobility, gives Constangy 28 offices nationally.
