Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz has hired three lawyers in Atlanta for its consumer financial litigation and compliance group: Teresa Bailey, Teah Glenn Kirk and Craig Nazzaro. All three joined as of counsel.
Linda Finley, who heads the team, said the new hires are a response to increased government regulations for consumer finance. “The new regulations affecting the consumer finance industry are sweeping and so, looking to the future, special expertise was on my wish list for the year,” she said.
