The Daily Report’s editorial department is recognizing six firms in its annual Litigation Department of the Year section, which will publish on Nov. 19. The awards, which will be given at an event that evening, honor work that resulted in wins in 2014.
The overall Litigation Department of the Year award will go to Alston & Bird. It won two jury trials that secured more than $200 million for clients. It also won a case before the U.S. Supreme Court.
