A Decatur lawyer has accused a Wal-Mart supervisor of destroying critical video evidence in a federal court case in Atlanta that the lawyer said shows store security personnel brutally beating his client.
Similar allegations have been made in two separate cases concerning Wal-Mart employees in the Atlanta area in the past year.
