An advocacy group for the prevention of domestic violence has chosen a prosecutor as the first recipient of an award meant to highlight male role models working to build a peaceful community.
Cobb County District Attorney Vic Reynolds was honored with the inaugural Verizon Leadership Award at an Oct. 1 community breakfast hosted by the YWCA of Northwest Georgia. The group’s mission is to create a community free of domestic violence and sexual assault.
