The Atlanta offices of personal injury firm Morgan & Morgan have settled two federal wage-and-hour cases by former staff members over unpaid overtime—one for $20,000 and one for $30,000.
The settlement agreements were approved Monday in court orders by U.S. District Judge Mark Cohen and U.S. District Judge Steve Jones. Morgan & Morgan will pay former case managers Wanda Rosado and Erin Knopick $10,000 each—$3,250 in unpaid wages, $3,250 in liquidated damages and $3,500 in legal fees.
