A federal judge in Atlanta has thrown out civil racketeering allegations against international gunmaker Gaston Glock’s North American manufacturing company in Georgia and dismissed related claims against an Atlanta lawyer and a New York lawyer.

But U.S. District Judge Thomas Thrash Jr. left intact claims by Atlanta attorney Jeffrey Pombert alleging that Glock and a third lawyer working for the gun company, Washington attorney Robert Core, maliciously fabricated a criminal case against him in order to hide alleged criminal activities by Glock.
