The day that Jarvarus Gresham found out he’d gotten into law school, he made two phone calls: one to his family and one to his mentor from the Atlanta Bar Association’s summer law internship program, Harold Franklin Jr., a partner at King & Spalding and the Atlanta bar’s current president.
“Before I had the opportunity to call anyone else, my phone was blowing up with people calling to say congratulations and ask what they could do to help,” Gresham said.
