A suspicious letter containing an unidentified white powder was delivered to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution one day after a similar letter was received by the State Bar of Georgia.

FBI spokesman Stephen Emmett said the letters appear to have been sent by an inmate at an unidentified Georgia corrections facility. Emmett said the unknown substance in both letters had been tested and that preliminary screening showed no evidence of any bio hazards.
