With just over 9 hours to go in the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy, Atlanta-area law firms and legal organizations were just over $6,000 away from hitting their regional fundraising goal of $125,000.
Participating teams had significantly narrowed the gap toward the regional fundraising goal in the last hours of competition, raising over $28,000 since Thursday afternoon to reach 95 percent of the regional goal. Last year’s online fundraising total in Atlanta was $129,267.
