The battle that led to a $150 million verdict against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles for a Jeep that exploded, killing a 4-year-old boy, will continue at the Georgia Court of Appeals in July.

Fiat Chrysler’s lawyers alleged in an appeal brief that the trial judge in Bainbridge let lawyers for parents of Remi Walden make “highly inappropriate” suggestions to the jury—such as gauging damages based on the CEO’s income and putting the company’s executives in prison instead of the driver who crashed into the back of the Jeep.
