Hunter Holliday has left Alston & Bird to join The North Highland Co. as vice president and general counsel of the Atlanta-based global management consulting firm.
Holliday, who was at Alston for nearly 25 years and a partner in its corporate transactions and securities group, will oversee all of North Highland’s legal services globally. He succeeds Richard Dobb, who became general counsel at GreenSky Credit last year.
