A disturbing trend is emerging in major market law firms across the country, and it will likely impact you or someone you know. Law firms are slashing the salaries of attorneys and forcing them to retire simply because of their age.
What’s even more disturbing is large firms that specialize in fighting against this type of discrimination are doing it too, phasing out seasoned attorneys at the top of their game to make room for someone younger on a partnership track.
