Revenue increased 6.5 percent on average for the city’s 10 highest-grossing firms, compared with 4 percent in 2014. King & Spalding, the highest-grossing of the 10, broke the $1 billion mark for the first time, with a 9 percent revenue increase to $1.02 billion.
