Fulton County citizens voted on three new superior court judges and a solicitor general on Tuesday to fill positions left vacant by officeholders who declined to run for reelection.

In the race to fill the seat of Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford, litigator Thomas Cox Jr., of counsel with Fisher & Philips, drew 55.51 percent of the vote to 44.49 percent for Fulton County prosecutor Gabriel “Gabe” Banks.
