Clayton County’s Superior Court seats are both headed for runoff races in July.

Shana Rooks and former Clayton District Attorney Jewel Scott are slated to compete for the Superior Court seat set to be vacated by Judge Matthew Simmons. Scott received nearly 42 percent of votes, while Rooks received 40 percent of votes cast in the county.
