A federal judge in Atlanta has dismissed a racketeering suit against international gun manufacturer Glock Inc. and two company lawyers brought by the gun company’s former general counsel and chief operating officer.

U.S. District Chief Judge Thomas Thrash Jr. said in his order that Paul Jannuzzo, who was general counsel of Glock’s North American headquarters in Smyrna from 1991 to 2003, had failed to state any plausible claim in filing the suit, which also included malicious prosecution claims.
