A Cobb County jury delivered a post-apportionment award of $1 million to a man who was knocked off of a truck while attempting to help unload a large piece of equipment, incurring multiple injuries to his head, arm and knee.
Atlanta solo practitioner Michael Ruppersburg said the award fell near the middle of a high-low agreement reached with the defendants at the close of evidence with a range of $350,000 to $1.6 million, forestalling any potential appeal.
