A North Georgia district attorney who last year secured—and then dropped— a controversial indictment of a retired DeKalb County judge has been arrested on a felony charge of violating the state’s political campaign laws.
Parks White, district attorney for the state’s Northern Judicial Circuit, said he surrendered Monday morning to the sheriff of Hart County, where he was booked and fingerprinted before being released on a $1,000 signature bond.
