Gary Freed has returned to running his own shop. He has just launched Freed Howard with F. Beau Howard, a senior associate at Chamberlain Hrdlicka.
Freed, who handles business disputes, had his own litigation firm for 18 years earlier in his career, then joined Chamberlain Hrdlicka as a shareholder in 2003. That was followed by stints at local litigation boutique Robbins Freed Ross (now Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield), then big national firms Thompson Hine and Barnes & Thornburg, which Freed, 59, had just joined in January.
