Three Atlanta firms ranked in the top 10 in The National Law Journal’s annual Women in Law surveybut Atlanta’s big firms were in the middle of the pack for The American Lawyer’s annual Diversity Scorecard survey of racial diversity.

In the Women in Law survey, which scores firms by adding together the percentages of women lawyers and women partners, Ford & Harrison ranked number No. 3—in a virtual tie with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete at No. 4 and followed by Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart at No. 9. All three are labor and employment firms.
