After six years of litigation, the grandchildren of billionaire pest control magnate O. Wayne Rollins are headed to a jury trial in their suit against their father and uncle over splitting the family fortune.

The Georgia Court of Appeals on Friday ruled that fact questions remain on the grandchildren’s claims and that the case must go to a jury. Judge William Ray II wrote the opinion, with Judge Elizabeth Branch concurring and Presiding Judge Yvette Miller concurring in judgment only.
