Among the presentations were two on digital forensics and cloud management. Sharon Nelson and John Simek, president and vice president of Sensei Enterprises, took attendees through the case of the Boston “Craigslist Killer” to highlight basic digital tools that small firm attorneys can use to supplement research and evidence, while David Moon of CompassPOINT led a discussion on cost-effective cloud-based matter management strategies.
