The state Judicial Nominating Commission Friday updated its Help Wanted announcement for openings on the Georgia Supreme Court Friday to include three jobs—two new ones created by the General Assembly this year plus the vacancy from the planned retirement of Chief Justice Hugh Thompson’s retirement in January.
Also Friday, four more lawyers were nominated to be considered for the open slots, bringing the total list to 114 nominees.
