Construction lawyer Cheryl Shaw has joined Freeman Mathis & Gary as a partner from Carlock Copeland, where she practiced for 12 years.
Shaw specializes in construction litigation, representing design professionals, contractors, owners and other clients in disputes, and drafting contracts for architects, engineers and others with an eye to avoiding litigation. She also handles general liability defense for claims such as negligent security or premises liability.
