Leah Ward Sears, a former chief justice of the Georgia Supreme Court, is leaving Schiff Hardin for Atlanta-based Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Sears confirmed Thursday.
“I’ve really been wanting to be in the home office of an historically Georgia-based firm,” Sears said.
