The boyfriend of the late Bobbi Christina Brown has been deemed liable by a Fulton County judge for civil claims that he abused and robbed Brown prior to her death.

Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford ruled that the continuing failure of Nicholas Gordon to respond to a civil suit filed by Brown’s conservator amounted to an admission that he assaulted the young woman prior to her death and stole more than $11,000 from her bank account as she lay in a coma.
