Dan McGrew has left Carlock, Copeland & Stair after 32 years to join medical-malpractice boutique Weathington Smith—now renamed Weathington McGrew—bringing a six-person litigation team of three lawyers and three staff.

Heather Miller and Spencer Bomar, both partners, and associate Andrew Bagley made the move with McGrew from Carlock Copeland on Monday. The other team members are a nurse consultant, Melanie Smith; a paralegal, Lora Rapplean; and an administrative assistant, Nadi Kiah.
