National firm Wood Smith Henning & Berman, which has a large insurance defense practice, has entered the Atlanta market, recruiting Richard Zelonka Jr. from insurance defense and litigation boutique Fields Howell.
Wood Smith, which has more than 200 lawyers, started out in 1997 in Los Angeles handling insurance defense and has expanded into a full-service firm. The new Atlanta location is its 20th office.
