Southeastern firms reported a further slowdown in revenue growth from the beginning of the year for the third quarter—tracking with the national trend, according to nine-month survey results from Citi Private Bank’s Law Firm Group.

Revenue growth for Southeastern firms slowed to 3 percent at the end of the third quarter, dropping from 9 percent growth in the first quarter and 6.7 percent in the second quarter, said Lisa Kohut, the regional market manager for Citi Private Bank’s Law Firm Group. That was slightly lower than the 3.7 percent revenue growth nationally at the end of the third quarter. (Revenue grew 3.9 percent in 2015 for firms nationally.)
