Gov. Nathan Deal said it best himself Wednesday before a crowd of legal luminaries, friends and family gathered Wednesday in the House of Representatives chambers at the Georgia Capitol.
“It’s a rare opportunity for a governor to swear in three new Georgia Supreme Court justices,” Deal said. “This is an historic day.”
