DeKalb County is hosting a “Records Expungement Day” on Saturday, Dec. 10, for residents with criminal arrests that did not result in convictions.

The DeKalb initiative, spearheaded by District Attorney Robert James, may have been inspired by Fulton County’s recent “Expungement Summit,” which drew several hundred people looking to have their records expunged.
