King & Spalding has renewed its lease at 1180 Peachtree St., where it has been the anchor tenant since the building opened in 2006.
The firm on Jan. 19 added another decade to its initial 15-year term, extending its occupancy to 2031. It also is embarking on a major redesign in response to the seismic changes in law firm culture and technology since it moved in, said chief operating officer Derek Hardesty.
